soccer fellow / voetbal ventje

(ENG) soccer fellow out of plastic yarn and the inside of an old audio casette as hear. The fellow is crocheted, his clothes are knitted, and the hair is knotted with "a kind of rug technique" (the colors are those of FC Ekeren, where my nephews played)

(NL) voetbalmannetje van plastiek wol en de band van oude geluidscasettes. Het ventje is gehaakt, zijn kleertjes zijn gebreid, en zijn haar is geknoopt. (de kleuren zijn van FC Ekeren, waar mijn neefjes speelden)

How To Crochet a KITTY DRAFT STOPPER

These should be the normal US abbreviations (I hope)

 

SUPPLIES:
crochet hook: 3mm (but may vary)
embroidery needle: to sew eyes and such
scissors: any, just for cutting thread
sewing pins: to position and hold the pieces in place, until they are sewn
tape measure: for measuring your door or window, and your "draft stopper tube"
balls of yarn: about 300g/10oz blue I guess (sorry, forgot to write that down)
little amounts of yarn: green (eyes), black (in eyes), pink (nose)
stuffing to fill your project
